How do I get the 合同 to the 合同 服务 team?

For general guidance on submitting a requisition:

For 合同-related requisitions:
- For 合同s that do not have funds associated with the request, select Supplier
NO $ Value.
- For 合同s that will encumber funds, the requisition should be entered in the amount
合同的内容. If it is a multi-year 合同, enter the requisition in the amount
associated with the current fiscal year.
- Include contact information for the department requestor and the supplier.
- Include a description of the goods or services you are seeking to acquire via your
合同.
- Upload a scope of work, if it is part 合同的内容ing process.
- Upload supplier’s proposal/合同, if available.
- For 合同s that do not have funds associated with the request, select Supplier

both Information Technology and 合同 & 采购服务.
- 部门 will need to complete and submit the Technology Requisition Impact Assessment (TRIA) Form 合同执行前.

supplier, based on the best interest of the university.
