申请人必须向3个不同的地点提供资料:

• OTCAS
• 的 Occupational 的rapy Department 和

4. 志愿者的经历

至少80小时的志愿者工作经验或有两种不同工作经验者优先 types of healthcare, education, or social service settings; 60 of 的 hours must be 在持牌职业治疗师的监督下完成. 我们要求 在每个OT/L下完成至少20个小时，以便我们知道OT/L了解您 well enough to fill 的 form out for you. 5. 必备的课程  

所有的 required prerequisite courses must be completed with a "B" or better. All prerequisite courses must be completed before entering 的 program. 8门课程中至少有4门必须在提交申请时完成.
